Understanding JGJPayStock

JGJPayStock is an all-in-one solution for inventory, checkout (point of sale) and invoicing. It brings together in a single app what many businesses currently manage with several separate tools or spreadsheets.

Retailers, shops, convenience stores, wholesalers and SMEs that want to track their stock, take payments and invoice simply. Whether you have one point of sale or a network, the app adapts to your size.

Checkout, inventory and invoicing share the same data. When you sell, stock goes down, the invoice is prepared and the reports update automatically. You avoid double entry and inconsistencies between tools.

Yes, the interface is available in French, English and German. A dark mode is also offered for visual comfort.

Stock & inventory

Manage your products

Yes. Every payment decrements the stock of the products sold, and cancelling a sale restores it. You keep a reliable inventory with no extra manual entry.

You set a warning threshold (orange) and a critical threshold (red), globally or per product. When stock drops below these values, you get a real-time in-app notification, and an email if the level is critical. A stockout banner also appears on the dashboard.

Yes. The inventory adjustment lets you enter the actual counted quantities. The app calculates the difference automatically and generates the corresponding movements, keeping track of the reason and a batch number.

Yes. Each product can have an expiry date. A dedicated screen lists products expiring soon, with filters (7, 15, 30, 60, 90 days and more) and a colour code by urgency level.

Yes. You create categories (with image and description) and a product can belong to several categories. The number of products per category is counted automatically.

Yes. The total stock value is calculated instantly, and an inventory report details the value by category as well as current stockouts and alerts.

Checkout & sales

Day-to-day checkout

Yes, it gets straight to the point: you find a product by category, add it to the cart and take payment. The screen offers three areas (categories, products, cart) that can be resized to suit your hardware, fitting a tablet as well as a large screen.

Yes, a sale can be settled with up to two combined payment methods. The app automatically calculates the change to give.

Stock availability is checked before the payment is confirmed. It is therefore impossible to sell a product you don't have, which avoids errors and promises to the customer you can't keep.

Yes. After each payment, a PDF receipt is generated and can be printed immediately. It shows the line items and, where applicable, the VAT.

Yes. The sales history can be viewed and filtered, and exported to PDF or CSV for your accounting.

Yes. The transactions dashboard shows a sales trend curve and a breakdown pie chart. You also get the top products sold by day, week, month, quarter, half-year, year or custom period, as well as how your revenue compares with the previous month. On the stock side, a chart shows incoming and outgoing movements over today, 7 days and 30 days.

Invoice without errors

Yes. VAT and discounts can apply per item and per sale. The invoice shows a clear summary: net subtotal, VAT and gross total. All amounts are computed server-side, which rules out calculation errors.

Yes, with the prefix you choose (for example FACT-2026-00001). The numbering is continuous and automatic.

Fully: logo, company details, currency, invoice footer, payment terms and bank details. Your documents carry your identity.

Yes. Each invoice can be exported to PDF, printed, sent and cancelled if needed. The invoice list can be filtered by status.

Accounting, VAT & purchasing

Steer your finances

Yes. A management accounting module gives you an income statement, a VAT report, your cash flow and the value of your stock at cost, all computed server-side to the cent. It helps you steer your business and prepare your VAT return on reliable figures. It doesn't replace your accountant; it makes their work easier.

Your gross margin is net revenue minus the cost of sales, and the margin rate follows from it. The app clearly distinguishes profit (net of VAT) from cash received (VAT inclusive) to avoid any confusion. The cost of sales is based on the real cost of your purchases, not an estimate.

Yes. The VAT collected on your sales, the deductible VAT on your purchases and the VAT actually due (collected minus deductible) are calculated for you, rate by rate. When your deductible VAT exceeds the collected VAT, a VAT credit is detected and displayed automatically.

Yes. You keep a supplier file and record your purchase documents (goods receipt or supplier invoice) with the real cost and the VAT. Each purchase automatically updates the average cost of your products, records the deductible VAT and generates the corresponding stock entries. Your stock and your margin stay accurate at all times.

Yes. You choose a period (day, week, month, quarter, year or custom range) and compare it with the previous one, with the percentage variation. Each report exports to formal PDF and CSV, and a full report combines profit, VAT and cash flow in a single document, with your company's legal identity and a unique document number.

Access is restricted to authorised profiles (administrators and managers), and permissions are verified server-side. A cashier has no access to this financial data.

Security & data

Your data, your trust

Yes, completely. JGJPayStock is multi-company by design: each company has a strictly isolated space. Your data is never mixed with, nor accessible to, another customer.

Access uses secure token-based authentication, and every sensitive action checks permissions server-side. An administrator can only do what falls under administration, a cashier only what falls under sales, and so on.

Yes. In addition to the three roles (administrator, manager, cashier), the administrator can grant or revoke a specific right for a given user via a matrix by module and by action (for example: allow a manager to edit products, or remove refunds from a cashier). The change applies only to that person, and everything stays verified server-side. An administrator always keeps control (it is impossible to remove management from the last administrator).

Yes. After a first sign-in with a password, you can enable biometric sign-in (fingerprint, Face ID or Windows Hello) for fast, secure access. Each user can also add a profile photo (otherwise, their initials are shown).

Yes. Passwords are hashed (never stored in clear text). Resets use a one-time code sent by email, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited to counter attacks.

Yes. An audit log records sensitive actions (sign-ins, creations, edits, stock movements) with their author and timestamp.

The administrator can deactivate their account (and reactivate it later if needed). A deactivated account can no longer sign in, while the history of its actions is preserved.
